Claddagh
Kom nu under kvällskvisten underfund med att jag inte har visat er ringen jag köpte i Dublin! Så här kommer en bild:
My ring I bought in Dublin. It's called a Claddagh ring. Claddagh means "the stoney beach". The special thing about it is that it means different things depending on how you're wearing it. If you wear it on your right hand with the heart pointed towards you your heart belongs to someone, but if you wear it with the heart pointed away from you you're looking for love. Some people use this as an engagement or wedding ring, but then you wear it on the left hand. The symbols on the ring are a pair of hands, holding a heart, with a crown on top of it. It means something like "with this ring I give you my heart and with it my loyalty". Nice memory we got us there Elin!
